Document Requirements:
1. NYS Driver's License in the Town of Babylon
2. Tax Bill or Utility Bill with matching name and address to driver's license

To add a child or family member to your account:
1. To add a child/children (dependents under 18 years old) to your account for program registration: please upload birth certificate(s) or baptismal certificate(s) to your account after account creation. 
2. To add a spouse or partner: Please upload a picture of the license of a spouse or partner
