Please complete the following form to create an online account with the Town of Babylon Parks & Recreation Department.
By creating an online account, your household will be given a "pending" status. Your account will remain as a "pending" until you have uploaded proof of residency documentation (NYS Driver's License with address in the Town of Babylon and Utility Bill/Tax Bill with matching name and address in the Town of Babylon - please note, we do not accept cable or phone bills as utility bills) to your online account. Once proper documents are received, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your status to be changed to "resident." You will receive an email once your status has been changed. You will then be able to make online purchases.
If you are a non-resident, your account will be updated to "non-resident" status and you can make purchases at the non-resident fee rate.
Who should create an account?
The primary adult person in your household should create an account with us. This person must be over 18 years old. If this person is married, and has cars registered in each spouse's name, only one account is needed. Their spouse can be added to the household by uploading a picture of their NYS Driver's License (must have matching last name and address to primary person). All other adults, 18 years and older living at the house, must create their own account if they have a car registered in their name, or would like to register for programs online.
To add a child/children (dependents under 18 years old) to your account for program registration, please upload birth certificate(s) or baptismal certificate(s) to your account after account creation. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for additional people to be added to your account.
