Refunds will not be issued for any Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs program except in the case of a documented medical emergency prior to the start of the program which prohibits an individual from taking part in the program. Please be advised that we will need to receive written confirmation from a physician that the individual is incapable of participating in the program.
